Introduction & Background
Can you introduce yourself and tell us a little about your background?
My name is Asmita Rawal. Professionally, I work in the finance industry, but my true passion lies in influencing and digital content creation. I am actively involved in influencer marketing and love exploring creativity through content.
Alongside this, I am also an artist and a model. I’ve worked on various modeling projects and have delved into artistic work as well. Currently, I am balancing my corporate career in finance with my passions for influencing, modeling, and content creation.
Where are you from, and how has your upbringing influenced who you are today?
I currently reside in Bhayander, Mumbai, but my hometown is Rajasthan. My upbringing has been a blend of traditional Rajasthani values and the urban lifestyle of Mumbai. This combination has helped me stay grounded while also being independent and confident in making life choices.
What inspired you to start your journey as a blogger, influencer, or actor?
My journey began at a young age. As a teenager, I participated in TV serial shoots and worked as a child artist. After completing my education, I ventured into modeling and acting. Later, I began working professionally in the finance sector.
However, I always felt something was missing — the creative spark within me. That’s when I found myself drawn toward influencer marketing. Many people in the industry recognized my ability to perform, engage, and create, and encouraged me to take this path.
Over time, I’ve worked as a body double for various artists and have explored multiple creative roles. Influencing has given me a platform to reconnect with my passion for performance and self-expression.

💼 Career Journey
How did you get your first break in this field?
I got my first break as a child artist during my teenage years when I started going for TV serial shoots. That early exposure to cameras, sets, and the acting process gave me valuable insight and sparked my interest in the creative industry.
Later, I received more opportunities in modeling, and even worked as a body double for several artists. Each small opportunity helped build my confidence and experience. Over time, people in the industry began recognizing my potential, and that’s how my journey in modeling and influencer marketing began.
What were the biggest challenges you faced when starting out?
In the beginning, I faced several challenges. Many people laughed at my efforts or didn’t take me seriously. There were very few who genuinely believed in me. At times, even my close circle didn’t support my passion and thought I was wasting my time.
I also encountered criticism and comparisons within the industry, which was emotionally difficult. However, I stayed true to myself and kept reminding myself of my capabilities and dreams.
This field can be tough, but what truly matters is self-belief, consistency, and persistence. With hard work and determination, anything is possible.
Was there a specific moment when you realized, “I’ve made it”?
Yes, there have been a few moments when I truly felt like, “I’ve made it.” Even as a teenager, I was selected for various performances and acting roles because of my passion, dedication, and professional attitude. I was always punctual and gave my best, whether it was modeling, acting, or body double work.
Later, when I began my journey as an influencer, I wholeheartedly supported small businesses. Their appreciation and trust gave me a strong sense of purpose and pride.
A special moment for me was when my colleagues at work, who had no idea about my content creation, came across my profile and said, “We’ve seen this girl somewhere!” Some even remembered seeing me on television. That felt truly special.
Even in my residential society, people notice and appreciate my work ethic and creativity. These small moments of recognition and encouragement make me feel proud and remind me that I’m on the right path.
🎥 Content Creation & Process
How do you come up with ideas for your content?
Whenever I create content, I begin by thoroughly reviewing the brand’s profile and gaining a clear understanding of their products or services. Once I understand the brand’s essence, I brainstorm content ideas and start developing a script. I also use helpful tools like ChatGPT to refine my ideas and structure.
After the script is ready, I share it with the brand for approval and feedback. I make sure the final version aligns perfectly with the brand’s requirements and vision. Once approved, I move on to the shooting and editing phase.
It’s a well-organized, step-by-step process where I focus on creativity, brand objectives, and quality delivery.
What tools or apps do you use daily for creating and managing content?
For content editing, I mostly use InShot, which is simple yet highly effective. I also work with an in-house editor and cameraman, especially for brands with a higher budget.
If the brand provides a good budget, I collaborate with my team to ensure the content is shot and edited professionally. However, in cases where the budget is limited, I manage the shooting and editing myself. While I may not be a professional editor, I always aim to deliver high-quality content with the resources available.
Can you walk us through a day in your life as a content creator?
I juggle two professions in my daily life. From 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, I work a full-time corporate job. Then, from 7 PM to 10 PM, I switch roles and focus on content creation. It’s definitely demanding, but I manage both with careful time management and planning.
Not every day involves filming. Some days are reserved for brand meetings (usually on Zoom), while others are spent on scriptwriting, editing, or posting content. The workflow changes daily based on priorities and deadlines.
Weekends are especially important. Since I have time off from my job, I utilize Saturdays and Sundays for most of my content shoots—whether it’s photo shoots or outdoor filming. I usually start my day around 6 AM, and depending on the workload, I sometimes work as late as 12 AM to 2 AM, especially when I’m managing everything on my own without my team.
Balancing two careers isn’t easy, but it’s discipline, passion, and commitment that keep me going.
What has been your most successful post or campaign so far, and why?
Interestingly, some of my most successful content happened unexpectedly. One of the best-performing reels was for Sea Breeze Kitchen—an event reel that went viral within just one hour. It generated massive engagement; I received numerous DMs and calls, and the event organizer saw a surge in bookings.
Another standout reel was for Mimosa Villa, which also went viral and led to a lot of inquiries for villa bookings. Additionally, a reel I created for Jain Collection, a rental outfit store, performed incredibly well and attracted significant customer interest.
During Navratri, I promoted a local store that offered a great and affordable festive collection. That reel also received excellent traction, resulting in increased footfall and sales for the store.
These campaigns stand out to me not just because they went viral, but because they delivered real, measurable results for small businesses. That’s what truly makes me proud as a content creator—when my work adds genuine value to someone else’s vision.
📱 Social Media & Audience
How do you stay connected with your audience?
I primarily stay connected with my audience through Instagram Stories. Whether it’s something I’m wearing, a place I visit, or a product I use—whether for a brand collaboration or from my personal life—I love sharing these moments through stories.
I also use carousel posts to provide more detailed content and occasionally post random reels to keep things fun, authentic, and relatable.
Whenever I have some free time or during my personal “me-time,” I like to go live and engage with my followers in real-time. Going live on special occasions, like my birthday, feels extra special because it allows me to connect with my audience and celebrate with them virtually.
What role has social media played in your career growth?
Social media has played a transformative role in my career. It has given me a platform to showcase and explore my talents—as an artist, model, content creator, and influencer. Each role has taught me something new and has helped me grow professionally and creatively.
Interestingly, even in my corporate finance job, I’ve contributed to content creation—particularly around finance topics. This helped me merge my professional expertise with my creative skills, which has been both rewarding and enriching.
Thanks to this multi-dimensional exposure, I now feel confident managing a wide range of projects—be it financial content, brand collaborations, or modeling assignments. Social media has truly helped me build connections, gain recognition, and open doors to exciting opportunities.
How do you handle negative comments or criticism online?
Answer: When it comes to negativity or criticism online, I choose to stay confident and focused. I remind myself of my goals and purpose, and I don’t let criticism shake my belief in what I’m doing.
Over time, I’ve learned to ignore negative energy and not let it affect my mindset. Confidence in your identity is everything—you should never feel discouraged about being your authentic self.
I firmly believe that hard work and consistency always pay off. Success might be delayed or denied at times, but with the right mindset and unwavering dedication, you can achieve anything you set your heart on. That’s the mindset I live by every single day.
🧠 Inspiration & Motivation
Who are your role models or inspirations in your field?
I’ve drawn inspiration from several creators throughout my journey. One such person is Nilam Parmar—I’ve followed her path since she worked as a junior artist. During my teenage years, I watched her vlogs regularly, and seeing her consistent progress truly motivated me.
Another key influence is Pooja Mundhra, popularly known as The Cozy Vibe. Watching her evolve from casual, fun content to becoming a confident, impactful creator has been incredibly inspiring.
I also admire Rajvee Gandhi, whose content I followed during my college days. Witnessing her growth has been another source of motivation for me.
That said, I also consider myself to be one of my biggest inspirations. I’ve overcome obstacles, learned from each experience, and worked hard to become the person I am today. I truly believe that self-motivation is the most powerful force behind long-term success.
What motivates you to keep going, especially during tough times?
Like anyone else, I have days when I feel low or question my progress. But in those moments, I ask myself: If I wasn’t doing anything, how did I make it this far? That question alone gives me a reality check and motivates me to refocus.
I also make a conscious effort to surround myself with positivity, reflect on my journey, and revisit the goals I’ve set. Remembering how far I’ve come and how much I’ve grown is what helps me push through the hardest days.
How do you stay creative and avoid burnout?
To keep my creativity flowing, I maintain a personal diary where I jot down content ideas regularly. Even when I’m busy, I try to brainstorm and note hooks, scripts, or fresh reel concepts.
This habit keeps my ideas organized and allows me to revisit them whenever needed. It not only helps maintain creativity but also reduces pressure by giving me a steady stream of inspiration to work from.
💡 Tips for Beginners
What advice would you give to someone who wants to beginners?
My biggest advice is: Believe in yourself. Don’t let others’ opinions define your potential. If you truly believe in your capabilities, keep going—regardless of how long it takes.
Whether it’s one year, two years, or more, if you remain dedicated and consistent, success will eventually follow. Remember, success isn’t instant. You need to struggle, hustle, and also work smartly.
The key lies in consistency and self-belief—never underestimate their power.
What are some common mistakes you see newcomers make?
A common mistake I’ve noticed is a lack of patience. Many newcomers fall into the trap of comparing themselves with others too soon, which leads to unnecessary self-doubt.
Another issue is not trusting their own skills. Even if you have just one or two talents, embrace them with pride. Say to yourself: Yes, this is my strength, and I’m proud of it.
It’s crucial to be confident, not overconfident, and to always stay authentic. In this industry, staying true to yourself is what truly sets you apart.
🔮 Future Plans
Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
In the next five years, I envision myself as a successful influencer, collaborating with renowned brands and establishing a strong personal identity in the digital space.
I also aim to dive deeper into the acting world. Although my earlier experiences didn’t go exactly as planned, I haven’t given up. I believe every setback is a lesson, and I’m committed to learning and evolving.
And yes—there are a few personal dreams and silent goals I’ve kept to myself. I’d love to share them, but only once they turn into reality.
Are there any upcoming projects or collaborations you’re excited about?
Yes, there are a few exciting collaborations currently in discussion. While I can’t share specific details just yet, I’m definitely looking forward to what’s coming next.
🎙️ Fun & Personal Questions
What’s something about you that most people don’t know?
Something that many people don’t know about me is that I cry quite often—sometimes even daily. Whether I’m feeling sad, overwhelmed, or incredibly happy, I tend to express my emotions through tears. But I cry quietly, in solitude. Only a few close people in my life are aware of this vulnerable side of me.
From the outside, people often see me as strong, confident, and independent—and I truly am. But that doesn’t mean I don’t have emotional moments. There are days when letting it out is necessary, and I’ve learned to accept that. It’s okay to be strong and still feel deeply.
How do you unwind or relax after a busy day?
Since I juggle two careers, I don’t always get much downtime. But when I do find a moment to breathe—whether it’s on a day off or during a break—I like to focus on small things that bring me comfort.
That could be as simple as organizing my wardrobe, indulging in skincare, enjoying a self-care routine, or just putting on some music and sitting quietly. Sometimes I even cook, which is surprisingly therapeutic and helps me reset.
If you weren’t doing this, what would you be doing?
If I hadn’t stepped into the world of content creation and influencing, I think I would have pursued a deeper path in the finance industry.
When I first started my finance job, I had no prior knowledge—but I learned a lot on the job and eventually developed a genuine interest in the stock market. I even explored trading and investing seriously and, for a time, considered becoming a research analyst. I imagined myself analyzing stocks, making smart investment decisions, and building a career around that.
But life had other plans. My passion gradually shifted toward influencer marketing—and now, I’m fortunate to balance both worlds: my corporate career in finance and my creative work as a content creator.
📝 Closing Thoughts
What message would you like to leave for your fans and followers?
I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of my followers and supporters. I’m incredibly grateful to have such a kind and uplifting community.
Some of you have been cheering me on since my teenage years, and your continued support means the world to me. Whether it’s a like, comment, DM, or story share—it all matters. There are even people I’ve never met who constantly motivate and believe in me.
Every message I receive makes me feel seen, valued, and connected. You are a huge reason why I keep going—so thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
